Produced by Pamplemousse Productions, France Beaudoin’s box, the record features some of the band members’ favorite Christmas songs, including Merry Christmas, The snow trail and Marie-Noel. Two original titles appear there: the title track and Toward the sky.

“For many years, the public has asked us to make a Christmas album,” indicates the artistic director of the disc, Roxane Filion, in a press release. With this 100% French-speaking album, we want to highlight the personality of each member of the musical ensemble. “

Directed by Jean-Benoît Lasanté (guitar and sound arrangements), Christmas like in the old days brings together Jason McNally (vocal direction, sound arrangements), Paul Brochu (drums), Jean-François Groulx (piano, sound arrangements), Philippe Drolet (keyboards), Peter Kisilenko (bass, double bass), André Brunet (violin), Paul Picard (percussions), and Émilie Janvier, Caroline Côté, Valérie Boulianne Lefrançois and Virginie Cummins on vocals.
