Manon is from Cherbourg. Since the start of the school year, she has been a student at the ULB, the Free University of Brussels, where she is doing a master’s degree in multilingual communication. She lives in Ixelles, which is one of the nineteen municipalities of the Brussels-Capital region, the city of Brussels being itself a municipality of this region, located in the Flemish part of Belgium.
Ixelle is the municipality where the campuses of the Free University of Brussels and the Vrije Universiteit Brussel are located, one in French, the other Dutch-speaking.
