A motorist lost control of his vehicle and drove into pedestrians, injuring six, two of whom are in serious condition, during a rally in Bordeaux, franceinfo learned from a source familiar with the matter, Saturday April 15. The facts took place in Bordeaux-Lac, a commercial area located north of Bordeaux, Friday April 14 around 11:15 p.m.

The driver fled, but “pursued by witnesses who end up blocking him in the town of Bassens”, he was finally arrested with three other passengers by the police. The suspects were taken into custody for “determine very exactly the circumstances of this accident”confirms the prosecution.
