A burning chapel for Michel Côté

The Monument-National, on boulevard Saint-Laurent, will host a burning chapel in honor of the great actor Michel Côté, who died of a bone marrow disease on Monday at the age of 72.

Michel Côté’s family invites the general public to pay tribute to him on this occasion, next June 8, from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. and from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.

One of Michel Côté’s two sons, Maxime Le Flaguais, intends to meet the media in the morning during a press briefing. To date, the family has preferred to mourn privately, expressing their need to withdraw from public space.

In the theater, he distinguished himself for 38 years in the play brew alongside Marc Messier and Marcel Gauthier.
