It was around 4 a.m. when firefighters responded to an electric meter fire on the first floor of an eight-storey building at 55 boulevard Pierre Sola in Nice. Faced with the advance of the flames, it was necessary, in the middle of the night, to deploy the large ladder.
Three residents evacuated by mass scale.
Three people, a couple in their thirties and their one-year-old child were evacuated by the big ladder. They are safe and sound. A hose was quickly put in place to put out the fire. The objective was to prevent the spread of fire smoke within the common areas.

A 15-month-old child accompanied by his mother because he was inconvenienced by the fumes. Eight other people from the building were also evacuated as a precaution. They returned to their homes after a total ventilation of the building.
