Something promised, something due: the Signé Toqué group is continuing to expand its Brasseries T! with the announcement of an upcoming opening on the North Shore, starting next fall.

The little sister of the restaurant Toqué! will be set up on the ground floor of the new BST2 office building, a six-storey project on Curé-Labelle Boulevard in Sainte-Thérèse, scheduled to open in November 2022.
Chef Normand Laprise and his partner Christine Lamarche had already expressed in the past their desire to multiply the addresses of this brand which offers French brasserie-style classics, such as homemade charcuterie, tartars, homemade aged prime rib, etc. ., all while maintaining the renowned chef’s philosophy of using seasonal, local and traceable products.
With the permanent closure of the restaurant on the Place des Festivals, the Brasserie T! currently has only one address, in Quartier Dix30 in Brossard. The Signé Toqué group also operates, in addition to their gourmet restaurant Toqué!, the Beau Mont and its grocery counter in Mile-Ex, as well as the Burger T! counter, at the Time Out Market Montreal, located in the Eaton Center.
