Martin St-Louis’ men are surprising the entire hockey world at the moment by accumulating victories. In its last five games, the Habs have allowed only seven small goals against their rivals; thus, goalkeepers Samuel Montembeault and Andrew Hammond do the job.

Additionally, forward Cole Caufield has found the back of the net six times in his last eight games, having scored just once before this season.

The CH is in last place in the Atlantic section with 33 points.

For their part, the Jets will have to start winning more regularly if they want to qualify for the next playoffs. With 55 points, they are sixth in the Central section.
