A $6 million property in Tremblant finds a buyer

Every day, hundreds of properties change hands in Quebec, most of them without knowing the fine details. That was before anyone got interested in it… Here are the latest transactions that caught our attention.

Trust sells at Lac Tremblant

There Musky Trust has just sold a magnificent property, located on the shores of the very popular Lac Tremblant, in Mont-Tremblant, for the sum of $6 million.

The residence, built in 2012, has four bedrooms and five bathrooms. It was sold through its two trustees, Patrick and Martin Leroux, of Montreal.

Martin Leroux is the president and chief executive officer of the montrealaise PayFactospecializing in providing payment systems for the hotel and restaurant industry, in Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom.

The house was purchased by the owner of a major Montérégie company specializing in the design and sale of heating, ventilation and electronic control products.

Colas sells an Outremont house

Colas Canadaowner of Sintrawhich specializes in the construction and maintenance of transport infrastructure, has just sold a property located on Duchastel Avenue, in the chic Outremont district of Montreal, for the sum of $2,398,000.

The company was represented in this transaction by its Vice-President, Administration and Finance of Colas Canada, Jean-Yves Llémas. On the last three-year assessment roll for Montreal, the value of this residence was set at $2.8 million, some $700,000 more than three years earlier.

An ex from Transat sells in Saint-Bruno

The former co-founder of Jobboompresident of Canoe and, until recently, Chief Digital and Information Officer of Transat ATBruno Leclaire, has just sold his residence in Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville, for $2,230,000.

The buyer is a well-known businessman, today managing a company specializing in the design and implementation of automation and traceability systems for companies.

Katherine Levac sold in Montreal

After making a big splash with the sale of her Montreal residence for $1,199,000 million, comedian, actress and host Katherine Levac finally sold her home last April.

The sale of the latter, on rue d’Hibernia, in the Montreal district of Pointe-Saint-Charles, closed for $1,230,000, or $30,100 more than the list price.

This same residence had been purchased two years earlier for $1.01 million.

Clearance in Westmount

A house on rue Roslyn, in Westmount, has just been sold for a price lower than its municipal evaluation by Suzan Kovacs, liquidator of the estate of Agnès Bimbi, of Toronto, for the amount of $4 million.

To the most recent assessment roll, having as a reference date the 1er July 2021, the same property was valued at $4,648,500, up 33% from the previous roll.
