Nothing confirms for the moment that it is a homicide
According to the same source, suspicious traces were found on the victim’s body. His brother was quickly taken into custody. However, the Toulon prosecutor announces that it has been lifted because there is “a number of medico-legal uncertainties about the causes of death.”
