A 25-year-old disabled man and his 55-year-old mother were attacked Friday evening at Lyon Part Dieu station by four individuals, Franceinfo learned Monday, November 15 from a police source, confirming information from the Progress.
The four individuals violently attacked this young disabled man for a look that displeased them, according to this police source, Friday, November 12, around 7.15 p.m. The 25-year-old man, mentally disabled, was hit several times while his mother, who tried to intervene, was thrown to the ground.
The attackers then fled. One of them was arrested in the evening and taken into custody, where he admitted the facts. It was he who explained to investigators that the reason for the assault was just a look.
