The Montreal City Police Department is asking for the public’s help in finding Leigh Chelsea Barnes, a 21-year-old who made disturbing comments in the Plateau Mont-Royal borough on Wednesday.
Leigh Chelsea Barnes is 1.73 m tall, slim with black hair with blue tips. This person has piercings in both cheeks and speaks in English, specifies the SPVM in a press release.
