Dark discovery for a British family. Claire Cummings, 25, couldn’t figure out why her 2-year-old son would wake up every night around 2am. For weeks, she claimed that the behavior of the little boy had changed. He who was usually so happy and full of life now refused to play in his room and seemed terrified at the very idea of entering the room. On several occasions, the mother of the family had heard deaf noises in the house in the middle of the night. If she thought she was dreaming, she finally discovered that these strange sounds came from the baby monitor. The young woman also explains that she heard a male voice through the device. According to her, the toddler would have been spied on for weeks.
“It had been going on for weeks, he would wake up at night crying, but not a normal cry, a terrified cry. It got to a point where he was too scared to go to his own room. If you took him to his room, he would scream and point at the monitor. One night I was awake and thought I heard someone silence him through the device, but I thought I was dreaming or imagining it. A few days later, I heard it again, a loud ‘hush’. It didn’t seem to just be the monitor making noise, it sounded like a person”said the mother of the family to the Sun.
Without further ado, Claire Cummings immediately unplugged the baby monitor. Since then, young Aiden has been sleeping peacefully and regaining his joy of living. “I feel so guilty that I didn’t realize this sooner. We unplugged the monitor and within weeks it was sleeping again. […] I’m terrified to think someone was watching it.”
