A 14-year-old schoolboy was arrested, placed in police custody and presented to court on Friday, October 20, for having threatened to kill one of his teachers, reports France Bleu Belfort-Montbéliard. The facts date back to Thursday October 19, at Guynemer college in Montbéliard (Doubs). The teenager from Audincourt disrupts history class and asks to go to the toilet several times. The teacher accepts and, during her absence, tells the other students that this student is not allowing the class to work peacefully. These comments were reported by the class to the teenager in question.

During recess, the 14-year-old decided to return to the teacher to ask for explanations. At the end of their exchange, he ends up saying: “I’m going to kill her“. Comments that the 28-year-old history-geography teacher does not tolerate since she decides to file a complaint. These facts took place on the day of Dominique Bernard’s funeral, Thursday October 19. The teacher was stabbed to death, Friday October 13, by one of his former students in front of his high school in Arras (Pas-de-Calais).
Finally, the 14-year-old schoolboy was arrested, interviewed and presented to court before being placed under judicial supervision pending his summons before a children’s judge on November 22.
