An outburst of violence. On the morning of Wednesday April 3, in front of the Arthur-Rimbaud college in Montpellier (Hérault), the teenagers were in shock, after the attack the day before by one of their classmates, at the 4 p.m. exit. “There were three people who hit her, but around there were at least 20 or 30 people”, testifies a woman present. In a coma, she was taken to hospital for intensive care. On Wednesday April 3, his vital prognosis was no longer in jeopardy. A 14-year-old minor was arrested.
Victim of school bullying
According to her classmates, Samara, a 14-year-old schoolgirl, had been the victim of harassment since the start of the school year. Three minors were arrested for attempted murder, including a 14-year-old minor who attended the same establishment. For Samara’s mother, nothing was done to protect her. “Yesterday they didn’t protect him enough”, she assures. According to the rectorate, the principal of the college could not anticipate this violence and measures were taken. The investigation continues to determine the motive and identify all the perpetrators of the attack.
