The two major outdoor shows by drag artists – those from here and those from elsewhere – will be held on the same evening this year, on August 9 at the Olympic Park esplanade.
Hosted by Barbada, the show MajestiX will see no less than 70 local artists perform on the same stage.
And as if that wasn’t enough glitter, TV competition personalities RuPaul’s Drag Race will then come to show the crowd that they “sachay shantay”, under the auspices of Rita Baga.
Hawaiian Sasha Colby, queen of the 15th season of RuPaul’s Drag Race – and honorary co-president of Fierté Montréal this year – will be there.
