Elephant, kangaroo or barracuda … All these animals are currently the stars of the new photo exhibition of the Museum history natural of London, UK. The shots are spectacular and wild. For example, we can see on one of them, taken in the Chinese mountains, a baby monkey protected by two females.

Among the 125 photos selected is that of a French photographer. The photo shows an orangutan in Indonesia, which its mother tries to catch on a branch. The pictures are often taken on the spot, thanks to the discretion and patience of the photographers. Among these animals, some are endangered, and others threatened by climate change such as a photo of Brazil, on which a jaguar is covered in ashes after a huge forest fire. The aim of the exhibition is to show the beauty, but also the fragility of wildlife.
