The concept of a team is valid in the field in relation to sports disciplines, but it is valid for the life of the club.
Xavier Labaune, director of ASM
Xavier Labaune has been the general manager of ASM since December 2016.
“What brings ASM to life is the notion of training. In my professional career, I have been able to work in the environment of employment, training, learning, integration and finally to find its components in an associative, sporting dimension, these are values which, for suddenly, corresponded to me, on which I wanted to register. “
Its role is to animate and coordinate the two living forces of the club: the volunteers and the 180 employees who are in the association.
These two forces constitute a team. If tomorrow the club has no more volunteers, it is forced to stop.
ASM has around 7,000 members.

Success as seen by Xavier Labaune
Every day there is an element of success and there is not necessarily this vision linked systematically to victory and high level. The fact that we were able to accompany a kid who was lost on the school and other dimension, and that the practice of physical activity allows him to return to a social school environment worthy of the name, it is a real success.
