After the Quebec Summer Festival at the beginning of July, promoter Bleufeu is offering a new festival in September to “celebrate the end of summer” with emerging and international-caliber artists.
Three outdoor stages will be set up on the Laval University campus on September 13 and 14 for the Fono festival, an event which will not only be aimed at university customers, but also at all music lovers. No artist has yet been announced, but the promoters describe their new festival as an event where the sound experience takes precedence, hence the name Fono, derived from “phono”.
