The law concerning the vaccination pass was adopted on the morning of January 6, after tense debates in the National Assembly. What will this change concretely? Here is an overview of the new rules.

The law on the vaccine pass was finally adopted by the National Assembly on Thursday, January 6, after three days of debate and multiple tensions. the vaccination pass will be requested from 12 years old in bars and restaurants and during leisure activities, such as cinemas and theaters. It will also be required in interregional transport. On the other hand, it does not concern theregional trains. For some it is incomprehension. In the TER, we are much more stuck than in the main lines. It is absurd“, declared a woman asked about it.

In hospitals, a negative test will suffice. A negative test will also be sufficient for 12-15 year olds, to present during school and extra-curricular outings, for example to go to the swimming pool. On the other hand, there will now be more identity checks, in particular on the part of restaurateurs, in order to verify the validity of a vaccination pass. The fine is also getting tougher: 1,000 euros instead of 135 euros today.
