A renovation project planned for the house? Good thing, the brand new edition of Guide 300, from Index Design, has given itself a facelift by rebuilding its repertoire.
The 180-page publication presents and lists hundreds of addresses where you can buy furniture, materials, creations and new ideas. Quartz surfaces, trends in pink or minimalism, locally designed lighting and tips for teleworking are a first appetizer before tackling the bulk of the work: the guide provides a series of recommendations and professional contacts for anyone who has planned to invest in its walls, its bathroom, its decoration, the arrangement of its interior or exterior furniture. One can in particular peel the innumerable suggestions as regards… materials (steel, vinyl, wood, ceramics, carpet, concrete, bamboo, granite, textiles of all kinds…). A small section has also been reserved for new technologies and home automation.
In short, a lot of inspiration to draw, despite some descriptions that are a little too general and summary for some companies; but it should be kept in mind that it is above all a gateway to project creators. This large illustrated directory does not only suggest or encourage dreaming, it also provides in a practical way the addresses and contacts of the handpicked entrepreneurs who can put them together.
