(Surrey) A fourth man charged with the murder of British Columbia Sikh activist Hardeep Singh Nijjar will appear in provincial court again on May 21, the same day the three other accused are scheduled to have a hearing.
The British Columbia Prosecution Service said Amandeep Singh, 22, made his first appearance Wednesday via video conference in a court in Surrey, B.C., and the case was adjourned until the week next.
The other three men charged with Nijjar’s murder – Karan Brar, Kamalpreet Singh and Karanpreet Singh – will all appear before Surrey Magistrates’ Court on the same date.

Amandeep Singh was charged with first-degree murder and conspiracy to commit murder last weekend while already in the custody of Peel Regional Police, Ont., on unrelated weapons charges fire.
