Man Ties Cinder Blocks to His Dog’s Legs and Drowns Him in a Pond

A man is being prosecuted for an act of cruelty towards a domestic animal leading to its death, after tying his dog’s legs to concrete blocks and drowning it in a pond in Peyrilhac (Haute-Vienne), France Bleu Limousin learned on Tuesday May 7 with the Haute-Vienne gendarmerie.
