Saturday May 4, Madonna offered a free concert on the legendary Copacabana beach in Rio, Brazil. The Queen of Pop’s show brought together a million and a half fans.
A giant 800 m² stage was specially built on the legendary beach of Rio (Brazil) for the Madonna concert. Nearly 4,000 police officers were mobilized on site for the occasion. The American star was welcomed like a head of state. On the evening of Saturday May 4, the singer offered a free concert on Copacabana beach. It had been twelve years since she had been to Brazil.
