On the occasion of the film’s release on May 8 Neuilly Poissy, actor Max Boublil is the guest of 12/13 info, Monday May 6. A business manager “gets up one morning in a 300 square meter apartment in Neuilly next to a beautiful woman (…) and ends up in Poissy prison the same evening”, says the artist. Max Boublil was seduced “by mixing several true stories”. In addition, he liked the message of brotherhood that emerges from the film.
Social issues
The film gives pride of place to the treatment of important social issues, such as racism, tolerance and religious cohabitation. “We’re doing a lot of previews at the moment, and we see that it’s good for people,” confides the actor. He considers, moreover, that the “living together doesn’t stop us from messing around and making jokes”especially between people of different religious faiths.
