In theaters on May 8, José Garcia gives voice in the animated film “Blue & Company”. He plays, with humor and tenderness, an imaginary friend.
Meeting José Garcia means exposing yourself to jokes aplenty. In an art gallery where the France Télévisions teams met him, famous paintings were diverted and display his smiling face. “We are going to hold an auction of all these paintings and we are going to give everything to an association called Passeurs d’histoires”, says the actor. On May 8, he will lend his voice to a big ball of fur, hero of an animated film about imaginary friends entitled Blue & Company.
“Very childish states”
“It’s great to do, it brings you back to everything that is tenderness, kindness. He’s a very cuddly character, he’s a very cute character”relates José Garcia. “It asks you to return to very childish states, which is not very far from me”, he laughs. The actor is also starring in We Leroysa comedy in which his character tries to win back his partner. “I like romanticism, I find it beautiful, I find it brilliant, especially on screen”he comments.
