Senior reporter for France 2, back from Ukraine

For 15 years, Marc de Chalvron has traveled the planet to report on the wars taking place there.
Returning from a particularly trying mission in Ukraine, he told François Beaudonnet that, for the first time, for a moment, he was afraid of not being able to finish the report he had just started. With his team, the France 2 journalist was in fact in a trench, alongside Ukrainian soldiers, on the front line, under bombardment by the Russian army.
Marc de Chalvron recounts the immense fatigue of these soldiers, most of whom have been fighting since the start of the war, more than 2 years ago.
He also returns to the report he recently did in Haiti for the magazine “Envoyé Spécial”
