(Washington) US Secretary of State Antony Blinken will visit China from April 24 to 26, where he intends to directly raise concerns about Beijing’s support for the Russian defense industry, according to a US official.
Mr. Blinken’s visit will be the second in less than a year, reflecting a stabilization of relations between the world’s two largest economies.
Regarding aid to Russia, “we will raise our concerns with China and we expect China to reduce its support,” a US official said on condition of anonymity before the announcement of the trip on Saturday.
