In just a few clicks, dozens of ads offer to obtain the highway code without having to take the exam, in exchange for money. Trafficking of this type was dismantled in Bouches-du-Rhône. The network of fraudsters was rampant throughout France. More than 1,000 candidates would have benefited, and the traffic would have brought in tens of thousands of euros for the organizers. The techniques were numerous.
The license will be withdrawn from fraudulent candidates
“We have the case of the person who does not come to the exam center, but who despite everything has a success recorded in the applications (…), and we have the case of fraud where the person actually travels, but the examiner next to him will answer the questions for him“, details Nevis Uludag, of the National Autonomous Union of National Education and Security Experts. Candidates who obtained their code thanks to this fraud will be subject to prosecution and reporting, so that their their driving licenses be revoked.
