A young girl and two boys were indicted for attempted intentional homicide of a 15-year-old minor and placed under judicial supervision.

The three minors suspected of having violently attacked Samara on Tuesday April 2 in front of a college in Montpellier were indicted “on the count of attempted intentional homicide of a minor aged 15”announces the Montpellier public prosecutor’s office in a press release published Friday April 5.
These three young people, a 14-year-old girl attending the same establishment as Samara, and two boys aged 14 and 15, were all placed under judicial supervision. “These measures include several prohibitions, in particular that of entering into contact with the victim, that of going to college and that of holding or carrying a weapon”specifies the prosecution.
One of the minors also indicted for another case
According to this same source, the 15-year-old minor was also indicted for previous acts qualified as “violence against a minor aged 15 not resulting in total incapacity for work”.
These three teenagers “recognize their involvement in the aggression” And “each of them admits to having carried out blows” to the 13-year-old schoolgirl, said earlier in the day the Montpellier prosecutor’s office which had requested the 15-year-old be placed in pre-trial detention.
The attack on Samara occurred on Tuesday April 2, around 4 p.m., in front of the Arthur-Rimbaud college, in the working-class district of La Mosson-La Paillade, in Montpellier. The girl, “seriously injured”had fallen into a coma, from which she emerged on Wednesday April 3.
