The 2021 end-of-year holidays have just ended and our minds are already wandering towards the next ones in 2022. How to best organize ourselves to optimize our rest times with public holidays. Here’s what the calendar tells us.
It’s never too early to plan your next vacation. If we do not yet know if we will be out of the covid pandemic, nothing prevents us from setting the strategic days which will allow us to take advantage of bridges.
This year, we should not count on May 1 and 8, nonworking days, because in 2022, they fall on a Saturday. Same punishment for December 25 which happens on a Sunday.
If you land on Friday May 27th, you will be able to enjoy the Ascension Bridge which begins on Thursday May 26th. Or 4 days not worked if we extend until Sunday.
Another possibility, by posing on Friday July 15 next to the national holiday of July 14. Again, 4 days possible to go on a long weekend.
Finally on All Saints’ Day, by posing on Monday, October 31. We allow ourselves a 3-day weekend.
Occitanie belongs to zone C, the winter holidays will take place from February 19 to March 6. In the spring the children will not go to school from April 23 to May 8.
For the summer, we will have to wait until July 7. Then, the school holidays of All Saints’ Day have common dates for academic zones A, B and C. They will begin for these 3 zones on Saturday, October 22, 2022 after class.
