Yes, it will be Maxim de Luca who will be there for accompany the winning duo when making the recipe. Maxime de Luca is a renowned and well-known chef, in Champagne-Ardenne.
His workshop, now essential, is located at 14 Ceres Street, close to the Place du Forum. He receives hundreds of people there who want to learn or relearn how to cook, every year. On the program, simple, tasty, easy to prepare dishes, all with local products. Neophytes as well as confirmed can come to take lessons, with family, friends or colleagues.
And on Sunday, Maxime de Luca receives an auditor or a local personality as part of the show Saveurs Coast on our antenna.
