Three people were indicted on Friday March 22 for “criminal conspiracy to commit a crime” in the investigation into the death of a 15-year-old teenager killed by gunfire on Sunday in Talant (Côte-d’Or), France Bleu Bourgogne learned from the Dijon public prosecutor’s office. They were placed in pre-trial detention.
The three men, arrested on Monday, are already known to the courts for drug-related charges.
Sunday evening, a 15-year-old teenager was shot and killed in Talant, in the heart of the Belvédère district. A car arrived in front of a building around 9:30 p.m. “its occupants fired”, according to police sources on Monday to France Bleu Bourgogne and franceinfo. For almost ten days, the victim had been a lookout in the Belvédère district of Talant. He was known to the police for drug cases.
