A 17-year-old from Les Cèdres, in Montérégie, will have learned the bad sides of the theft of automobile contents the hard way, when he only collected a fine of $ 1,500 for non-compliance with the cover -fire.
“The police were able to intercept him quickly, and now it is possible that he will face criminal charges,” said the spokesperson for the Sûreté du Québec (SQ), Audrey-Anne Bilodeau.
No cars were damaged. The SQ investigation is ongoing.
