Increase in the minimum wage, increase in the price of stamps and the end of plastic for fruit and vegetable packaging… What are the news for January 1, 2022?
From Saturday January 1, the minimum wage will increase by 0.9%. The minimum wage will thus rise to 1,603.12 euros gross. The price of the stamp undergoes a significant increase: the green will go from 1.08 euro to 1.28 euro, and the red from 1.16 euro to 1.43 euro.
Contraception will be free from January 1, 2022 until the age of 25. Full support was until now reserved for minors. On the environmental side, second-hand products will be guaranteed for one year, compared to six months previously. An internet platform and a single telephone number will be available in order to see more clearly about aid for energy transition. Finally, plastic will also disappear from the fruit and vegetable shelves in supermarkets.
