Another hard blow for the Blues. Announced as a starter, winger Louis Bielle-Biarrey is finally out of the Six Nations Tournament match between France and Italy, Sunday February 25 (4 p.m.) in Lille. The Bordeaux-Bègles player nevertheless participated in the captain’s training on Saturday, before his absence was confirmed late in the afternoon to franceinfo: sport. Victim of a stiff neck, he was replaced in the starting team by Matthis Lebel.

The young UBB player (20 years old) scored the decisive try during the victory in Scotland (20-16). His withdrawal is added to that of Grégory Alldritt, injured in the leg in Edinburgh and replaced by Paul Boudehent in the starting team. Thibaud Flament, Emmanuel Meafou, Anthony Jelonch and Romain Ntamack are absent for a long time, like Antoine Dupont, selected for his first Sevens tournament this weekend in Vancouver.
