Anton Lundell scores two goals in Panthers win
Anton Lundell scored two goals and the Florida Panthers defeated the Pittsburgh Penguins 5-2 on Wednesday night.
Matthew Tkachuk added a goal and two assists for the Panthers, who extended their record for most consecutive road wins to nine.
Aaron Ekblad and Jonah Gadjovich also scored in the victory while Evan Rodrigues reached the plateau of 200 career points thanks to two assists.
In his fifth straight start, Russian Sergei Bobrovsky stopped 25 pucks.
Jake Guentzel and John Ludvig, with his first career NHL goal, hit the target for the Penguins, who suffered a third straight loss. Tristan Jarry made 18 saves.
The Panthers are 16-3-2 since Dec. 23, closing in on the Boston Bruins for first place in the Atlantic Division.

Winnipeg Jets
Connor Hellebuyck records a 35e career shutout
Connor Hellebuyck made 17 saves to lead the Winnipeg Jets to a 1-0 victory over the San Jose Sharks on Wednesday night.
The Jets goalie got his third shutout this season and a 35e career in the NHL.
Hellebuyck also had a 30e consecutive game without allowing more than three goals, becoming the 10e goaltender in NHL history to achieve this feat in season.
Morgan Barron scored the only goal of the game, helping the Jets to their second straight victory after losing their previous five outings.
Kaapo Kahkonen stopped 39 shots for the Sharks, who hadn’t played since Jan. 31 and were 4-2-2 in their last eight games.
