In Brittany, in municipalities classified as real estate tension zones, certain elected officials or business leaders are investing to allow households to access housing at attractive prices.
In Kerbors (Côtes-d’Armor), a construction site could save the town. Earthworks for a future housing development have started. In total, ten pavilions will be built, the land of which is sold below market prices, at 65 euros per square meter, compared to 100 euros in the surrounding towns. “It is an ambitious choice which also costs us, (…) we must provide a balancing subsidy which represents 130,000 euros”indicates Gildas Le Béver, mayor (without label) of Kerbors.
A business manager would like to accommodate 140 of his employees

In Beignon (Morbihan), a business manager is worried about the lack of housing. On a plot of land, 40 pavilions must be built to house 140 of its employees. The entrepreneur wishes to recruit and wants to offer an additional asset with accommodation.
