Literally, since upon opening his front door, a resident discovered a wall of snow following a storm. Even accustomed to its extreme conditions, the Canadians were nevertheless surprised by the 1.5 meter layer of snow.
Year of the Dragon celebrated in China
Return to France, where a 7.20 meter Eiffel Tower, made of 700,000 matches, was exhibited in Soujon, in Charente-Maritime, on January 7. It entered the Guinness Book of Records, after a battle by its creator for it to be approved. The delusion of grandeur also gripped China during the Lunar New Year. Throughout the country, the magical spectacle attracts thousands of spectators, who come to celebrate the year of the dragon.
