“I am delighted that the government and the State have finally understood that this is a necessary measure for the survival of Mayotte”reacts Sunday February 11 on franceinfo Mansour Kamardine, LR deputy for Mayotte, to Gérald Darmanin’s announcement to put an end to land rights on the island.

Traveling to Mayotte, the Minister of the Interior made several announcements on Sunday morning, including that of putting an end to the registration of land rights “in a constitutional revision who will choose” The head of state. “It will no longer be possible to become French if you are not yourself the child of French parents”, he clarified.

A strong demand from Mahorais elected officials
