For 12 people:
Ingredients :
- 2 eggs
- 2 egg yolks
- 100g sugar
- 100g flour
- 150g egg white
Preperation :
- raise the two yolks and the sugar
- add the sifted flour and mix by hand
- stir in the whipped egg whites with a handful of sugar
- spread on a baking sheet (with baking paper!)
- put in the oven at 180 ° for 6 minutes
- get out of the oven
