I learned the determination to succeed despite the pitfalls. I learned about Covid without state aid, the successes and the praise, the failures and the empty rooms, the choices that don’t pay off and the unexpected happiness. I learned that it’s too much for one person. I learned to question twice a day, 10 times a week. […] I learned about depression. I experienced my greatest happiness and my deepest sorrows there. he added before specifying that he wanted “rediscover the pleasure of cooking for the sake of cooking”.
