This Wednesday, January 17, “That says what” returns to Emmanuel Macron’s announcements, particularly in terms of education and youth, two themes to which the president gave pride of place during his press conference Tuesday evening. 31 departments in the North-East of France are on orange snow and ice alert. If the snowfall is less heavy than expected this Wednesday morning, it will arrive later, by the evening, according to Météo-France.

And then, after having ceded its place as the most populous country in the world to India and its 1.5 billion inhabitants in 2023, China announces having lost another 2 million inhabitants last year. A trend which should be confirmed in the coming decades after 60 years of growth.
