This Wednesday, January 10, the new Prime Minister Gabriel Attal is working on the composition of his government. This should be known by Friday evening. A first working dinner took place Tuesday evening with Emmanuel Macron, a few hours after his appointment.
Students from a college in Marseille and a nursery school in Cergy were sent home on Tuesday, due to temperatures not exceeding 9 degrees in classrooms in recent days. France is facing a cold spell this week.
And then, the President of Ecuador declared his country in a state of “internal armed conflict” and ordered the “neutralization” of gangs involved in drug trafficking, on the third day of a security crisis triggered by the escape of the leader of Choneros. The United States says it is extremely concerned by the violence which has already left at least 10 dead.
