She’s finally back! On January 20, Sophie Davant will take her first steps on France 3seven months after leaving the reins ofDeal done to Julia Vignali. Tired of hosting the auction magazine run by Caroline Margeridon and Caroline Pons, the host preferred to return to her first love, which is radio, by arriving every afternoon on Europe 1 with Sophie and the Friends. In this new entertainment based on mood and general culture, she invites her columnists to quizzes to help listeners win. Around his table every day, the lawyer Roland Perez, the journalist Enora Malagré and the columnist of Do not touch My TV Danielle Moreau.
But since the start of the school year in September, Sophie Davant’s television appearances have become rare… Apart from the Telethon, the sixty-year-old has had nothing else to offer her fans. Fortunately for them, Sophie Davant is finally preparing to make her comeback, at the head of an animal magazine which was made official by the management of France Télévisions last June, during the annual press conference. From January 20, and every Saturday afternoon at 3:30 p.m., Sophie Davant will be at the head of the magazine In good companyin which she will give pride of place to the animal worldsurrounded by a team of experts.
Kamini on the field, Emilie LTR also in the game
And surprise, in this team, a well-known singer who experienced enormous buzz in the mid-2000s: Kamini ! The interpreter of Marly-Gomont, the hit which was wildly successful in 2007, and which was even adapted into a film, will chronicle this new show, and will have the mission of going into the field to test adventures and experiences with animals. Sophie Davant will also be able to count on the veterinarian Pierre Fabingand by the artist committed to the animal cause Emilie LTR. Animal behaviorists will also be present in this magazine which will decipher the animal world from all its angles, and which will give pride of place to the associations which protect it.
For the first broadcast of the 2024 season, Sophie Davant will receive the actress Véronique Jannot. Every week, the guest from In Good Company will come with their animal, and will be interviewed about the relationship they have with animals in general. A concept reminiscent of the show hosted by Bernard Montiel on the cable channel Animaux TV. For twelve years, once a month, the journalist and columnist of Do not touch My TV receives a guest on his show Star Animals, and returns with the latter to the bonds he shares with his pet(s). It remains to be seen whether this new program entrusted to Sophie Davant will be more unifying than her daily radio station, somewhat shunned by listeners…
