man found dead drowned in his car

It was at the end of a cul-de-sac that was still flooded this Thursday, January 4 in the morning that the body of a 73-year-old man, trapped in his car, was found on Wednesday afternoon. The flood reached 3 meters and made searches difficult. Teams of divers and a helicopter searched the area without success. It was only when the flood waters receded that the septuagenarian was found. The man had been wanted since January 2; he lived a few kilometers from the town.

He took a forbidden road

At 9:50 a.m., he leaves to look for bread and takes a road that is inaccessible. The death of this man who recently settled in the town affected all the residents. “I was kind of expecting it, unfortunately it was quite obvious”, deplores a woman. Another man had already died in similar circumstances a few years ago.
