There is only one certainty linked to bye: it makes people talk. The 2023 edition was no exception, creating a wave of positive and negative reactions. One of the targets of the end-of-year review, Marilou, also left a tasty comment for director Simon Olivier Fecteau.

On Facebook, Simon Olivier Fecteau shared some notable images from the creation of the show, emphasizing: “A big thank you!! Comments on the bye are amazing! HAPPY NEW YEAR! haha.”
In response to this sharing, Marilou simply left a “I found it excellent mwah!” in the comments, referring to the sketch parodying her in Hyundai advertisements. Sarah-Jeanne Labrosse played Marilou for the occasion.
