A father was taken into police custody after his four children and their mother were found dead on Monday, December 25, in Meaux (Seine-et-Marne).
A very violent crime scene, these are the words of the investigators who discovered the victims, in an apartment on the ground floor in a building in Meaux (Seine-et-Marne). Monday, December 25, neighbors who have to celebrate New Year’s Eve with the mother have no news. They saw blood under the door of the family home, and decided to notify the police.
The father faces life imprisonment
Around 9 p.m., the police went to the scene and ended up entering the home through the window of the marital bedroom. The police discovered a scene of incredible violence there. According to initial findings, the mother and little girls were stabbed, and the sons drowned or suffocated. The father was arrested and admits to having attacked the family. He faces life imprisonment if he is found responsible for his actions.
