Having become very popular thanks to the social network TikTok, dirty sodas saw the day in the US state of Utah. Local restaurants are banking on this solution original to circumvent the ban on the consumption of alcohol, tea and coffee within the Mormon community. It is a refreshing mixture of soft drink and syrup to which an agent is added dirty, namely milk or cream. “It’s good and delicious,” adds Patrice Plante, who created a recipe for alcohol-free butterbeer based on this principle. Enough to seduce, without intoxicating, all the students of Hogwarts!
Ingredients
15ml (½ oz) salted caramel syrup
10 ml (2 tsp) vanilla syrup
60 ml (2 oz) sparkling water
120 ml (4 oz) foam soda
30 ml (1 oz) 35% cream
Preparation
1. Pour the syrups into a tall glass (highball) filled with ice cubes.
2. Mix with a spoon until your fingers become very cold.
3. Top with sparkling water and foam soda.
4. Carefully pour in the cream.
