He made his big comeback in Savoy on Saturday, December 25. Wearing a mask is once again compulsory outdoors and with it, a whole series of new prefectural measures. Holidaymakers in La Plagne (Savoie) are divided on this decision, but apply the new rules.
Among the other measures decided, the ban on the consumption of food stands. A big blow for the management of Le Bonnet. “We only have five years of operation, so we do not have significant cash flow. We wonder if we will hold out until the end of the season”, explains Cédric Broche, manager of the establishment. The La Plagne tourist office is raising awareness among holidaymakers through digital panels. The prefectural decree also prohibits festive outdoor events on New Year’s Day. The new measures are applicable until January 4, 2022.
