The joint committee, responsible for the immigration bill, has already twice suspended its work, which began at 5 p.m. on Monday, December 18. It should not resume until 9 p.m. Explanations.
At 5 p.m., Monday, December 18, the joint committee shut down to begin its work. After a few minutes, it was suspended, the 14 parliamentarians already unable to reach an agreement.
